MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 98
With a view of supporting the economic and social agenda of the President as detailed in the Medium Term Development Plan and the 10-Point Legacy Agenda, all government owned and controlled corporations attached to the Office of the President (OP), and as may be provided by their respective charters, are hereby mandated to submit their annual reports to the OP with regard to policy direction, projects and finances. The annual reports for the current year shall be submitted within thirty (30) days from the issuance of this Memorandum Order. Thereafter, the annual report shall be submitted before the end of February of each year.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect immediately.
