The April 19, 2007 Memorandum Circular No. 129 calls for the participation of all government departments and agencies in the search for the "Twelve Most Outstanding Filipino Muslim Nationals." The Management group of Sultan Moh'd Amin Baab Torres Foundation (SMABTF) is launching the search for the "Twelve Most Outstanding Muslim Nationals" to give due recognition and reward to the Filipino Muslim individuals with outstanding contributions and achievements and who have shown exemplary conduct and ethical behavior as they strive for perfection and excellence in their chosen fields of endeavor in both public and private sectors.
