REINSTATING MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 1266, SERIES OF 1983
In the interest of the speedy administration of justice, Memorandum Circular No. 1266 dated November 4, 1983 which provides certain guidelines and procedural requirements before cases are appealed to the Office of the President, is hereby reinstated. Accordingly, Memorandum Circular No. 1268 dated November 18, 1983 is hereby revoked. AaITCS
