Memorandum Order No. 257, dated June 29, 2007, reconstitutes the Personnel Development Committee (PDC) in the Office of the President. The new structure includes an Undersecretary or Assistant Secretary as Chairman and a Director from the Human Resource Management Office as Vice-Chairman. The committee comprises members from the Legal Office and representatives from various levels of positions within the organization. The Human Resource Management Office is tasked with providing secretarial support to the committee.
