MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 125
AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVES (GOVERNORS AND MAYORS) AND OTHER KEY OFFICIALS FROM VARIOUS GOVERNMENT AGENCIES WITHIN THE METRO MANILA AIR SHED, TO THE CLEAN AIR SUMMIT ON NOVEMBER 29, 2006 AT THE ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK
The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, in its capacity as Chair of the Metro Manila Air Shed Governing Board (MMASGB), and as lead implementing agency of the Clean Air Act, will hold the Clean Air Summit on November 29, 2006, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Asian Development Bank.
In this connection, local chief executives (Governors and Mayors), and other key officials from various government agencies within the Metro Manila Air Shed are directed to attend the same, on official time, with the appropriate provisions for roundtrip transportation and related costs, as may be appropriate.
