AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION ON OFFICIAL TIME OF LAWYERS IN THE IBP SOUTHERN LUZON REGION (AURORA, BATANGAS, CALOOCAN-MALABON-NAVOTAS, CAVITE, LAGUNA, MAKATI, OCCIDENTAL & ORIENTAL MINDORO, PASAY-PARAÑAQUE-LAS PIÑAS-MUNTINLUPA, QUEZON AND RIZAL) TO ATTEND THE MANDATORY CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (MCLE) SEMINAR
The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)-Southern Luzon Chapter will hold its Regional Convention and MCLE Seminar on June 23-24, 2006 at the Bellevue Hotel, Filinvest Complex, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
In consideration of the MCLE compliance requirement for active IBP members, lawyers in various government agencies and local government units in Southern Luzon Region are hereby authorized to attend the above-mentioned convention and seminar on official time only, at no cost to the government except payment of their salaries, provided that such attendance will not adversely affect the functions of their respective offices, as well as the delivery of services to the public.
