In recognition of the role of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in the country's industrialization and the crucial importance of promoting technology commercialization to improve the competitiveness of SMEs, you are hereby directed to devise effective mechanisms to increase the availability of technology venture capital and training assistance. cd

Submit recommendations on or before July 31, 1996 through the Science and Technology Coordinating Council (STCC), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Bicutan, Taguig, Metro Manila (Tel/Fax: 837-29-32).
