In view of the need to develop and protect the country's coastal resources, you are hereby directed to formulate a proposal to expand research and development programs on marine science to include coastal resources management and off-shore technologies. cdt
In this regard, you are hereby constituted as a Committee, with the Secretary of the Department of Science and Technology as Chairman, to undertake the above task and submit the Proposal on or before July 31, 1996 through the Science and Technology Coordinating Council (STCC), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), Bicutan, Taguig, Metro Manila (Tel/Fax: 837-29-32).
