Batas Pambansa Blg. 113, enacted on January 21, 1981, establishes the Capul Emergency Hospital in Capul, Northern Samar, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services from the Ministry of Health. The funding for the hospital's operation will be determined according to existing laws and will be sourced from appropriations allocated for new hospitals. Future operational and maintenance costs will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Act becomes effective upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on July 27, 1981.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAPUL, PROVINCE OF NORTHERN SAMAR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAPUL EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, Ministry of Health, an emergency hospital in the Municipality of Capul, Province of Northern Samar, to be known as the Capul Emergency Hospital. casia
SECTION 2. The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 and 80 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operational.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
