BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 298
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SCHOOL OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LUPON, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE LUPON SCHOOL OF FISHERIES
SECTION 1. There shall be established a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Lupon, Province of Davao Oriental, to be known as the Lupon School of Fisheries.
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
