Memorandum Order No. 329, issued on January 11, 1996, establishes an OP Management Review Committee to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Office of the President in the Philippines. CREATING AN OP MANAGEMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE
To further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the various operating units of the Office of the President and in the interest of the service, there is hereby created an OP Management Review Committee consisting of the following:

1 Review the organizational structure of the OP and update the proposed reorganization plan not later than 15 March 1996.
2. Clarify areas of coordination and reporting system among all OP operating units, including Presidential Assistants System and the Presidential Management Staff.
