CREATION OF A NEW PREQUALIFICATION, BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE FOR THE REBIDDING OF THE TOPWEB PROJECT
To further enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of information transfer in the different Departments and offices of the government and, in the interest of the service, there is hereby created a new Prequalification Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) for the rebidding of the TOPWEB Project. aEACcS
