REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6469
AN ACT CREATING THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANGONO IN THE PROVINCE OF RIZAL
SECTION 1. The Municipality of Angono, Province of Rizal, which was created by Executive Order Numbered One hundred fifty-eight dated the nineteenth day of August nineteen hundred thirty-eight of the President of the Philippines, being actually organized and existing on the date of the approval of this Act, is hereby created.
SECTION 2. The municipality herein created shall have the same seat of government and identical boundaries and be subject to the same requirements or conditions as those fixed and described in the executive order cited in the preceding section, and for all legal intents and purposes, shall be deemed to have duly existed as of the date specified in the said executive order. cd i
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
