REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2647
AN ACT CREATING A BRANCH OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF SAMAR, WITH PERMANENT STATION AT CATARMAN, SAMAR
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a branch office of Register of Deeds of Samar in the Municipality of Catarman, in the same province, which shall perform all the duties and functions of the register of deeds for the following municipalities: Allen, Bobon, Capul, Catarman, Catubig, Gamay, Laoang, Lapinig, Las Navas, Lavezares, Mondragon, Palapag, Pambujan, San Jose, San Antonio and San Isidro.
SECTION 2. To carry out the provision of this Act, there is appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated the sum of eight thousand two hundred eighty pesos which shall be spent as follows:

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
