Batas Pambansa Blg. 191, enacted on March 16, 1982, establishes the Alfonso Castaeda National High School in the Municipality of Alfonso Castaeda, Nueva Vizcaya. The law allocates an initial funding of three hundred thousand pesos from the appropriations for the Ministry of Education and Culture, intended for new national schools. Future funding requirements will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The act takes effect upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on December 6, 1982.

AN ACT CREATING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALFONSO CASTAÑEDA, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ALFONSO CASTAÑEDA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a national high school in the Municipality of Alfonso Castañeda, Province of Nueva Vizcaya, to be known as the Alfonso Castañeda National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount of three hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools. In subsequent calendar years, such sum as may be necessary for the same purpose shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
