Republic Act No. 8010, enacted on May 25, 1995, converts the Vicente Madrigal Municipal High School in Binangonan, Rizal, into a National High School, officially named Vicente Madrigal National High School. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8010

AN ACT CONVERTING THE VICENTE MADRIGAL MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE VICENTE MADRIGAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINANGONAN, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The Vicente Madrigal Municipal High School is hereby converted into a National High School to be known as the Vicente Madrigal National High School.

SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
