Batas Pambansa Blg. 613, enacted on June 24, 1983, converts the Bula Barangay High School in General Santos City into the Bula National School of Fisheries. AN ACT CONVERTING THE BULA BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF GENERAL SANTOS INTO A NATIONAL SECONDARY SCHOOL OF FISHERIES TO BE KNOWN AS THE BULA NATIONAL SCHOOL OF FISHERIES AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Bula Barangay High School in the City of General Santos is converted into a national secondary school of fisheries to be known as Bula National School of Fisheries. casia
SECTION 2. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
