Republic Act No. 2520, enacted on June 21, 1959, officially renames the Municipality of Libog in the Province of Albay to the Municipality of Sto. Domingo. The change takes effect immediately upon the Act's approval. The Act was enacted without the need for executive approval and was published in the Official Gazette on September 14, 1959.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2520
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF LIBOG, PROVINCE OF ALBAY, TO MUNICIPALITY OF STO. DOMINGO
SECTION 1. The Municipality of Libog, Province of Albay, shall hereafter be known as the Municipality of Sto. Domingo. acd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
