Batas Pambansa Blg. 856, enacted on April 27, 1984, mandates the renaming of Bagacay Awitan Elementary School in Labo, Camarines Norte, to Paaralang Elementaria Ng L. Villamonte. The law requires that all official records from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports be updated to reflect this new name. AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BAGACAY AWITAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LABO, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, INTO PAARALANG ELEMENTARIA NG L. VILLAMONTE
SECTION 1. The name of Bagacay Awitan Elementary School in the Municipality of Labo, Province of Camarines Norte, shall be changed to Paaralang Elementaria Ng L. Villamonte.
SECTION 2. The record of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports bearing the name of the school mentioned in Section 1 hereof shall be changed and be named to Paaralang Elementaria Ng L. Villamonte.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
